Blueprint Design & Selections

  • We create detailed blueprints and 3D renderings, collaborating with you on selecting finishes, fixtures, and design elements.
  • By the end of this phase, we present a final cost estimate, ensuring full transparency on scope and budget.
  • Already have house plans? We’re happy to work with existing blueprints or plans from your architect to bring your vision to life.

Contract

  • Once you approve the final design and cost, we present a formal construction contract.
  • The contract outlines pricing, timelines, and project terms, ensuring everyone is aligned and ready to proceed.

Construction

  • Our skilled team manages each building phase, coordinating trades, schedules, and quality control to ensure smooth execution.
  • We keep you informed with regular progress updates through the Top Shelf app, allowing you to track your project, view schedules, and communicate with our team in real time.

Final Walkthrough & Handover

  • Upon completion, we conduct a detailed walkthrough to ensure every aspect of your home meets or exceeds expectations.
  • We provide all relevant documentation, warranties, and maintenance tips, followed by the official handover of your new home.
